Do I need a new phone number?

No. We can set the bot up on your existing business number via the official WhatsApp Business Platform, or help you get a dedicated number.

How do M-Pesa payments reach me?

Payments go straight to your own till or paybill. We never hold your money. The bot only triggers the STK push and confirms the payment in chat.

Can I cancel the Shop Bot subscription?

Yes. The monthly plan has no long-term lock-in. Cancel with one month’s notice.

Are WhatsApp messaging fees included?

Meta charges per-conversation fees for some message types. We explain these clearly in your quote so there are no surprises.
